Rental Terms & Conditions

By submitting this request, I understand that rental availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Dream Chapter Events.

Rental items are primarily customer pickup and return. The customer is responsible for transporting, setting up, caring for, and returning all rental items in the same condition in which they were received.

Setup service is available by request only and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply based on the event location, travel distance, number and type of rental items, setup requirements, and time required. Any setup fee will be quoted and approved before the reservation is finalized.

The customer is responsible for any lost, damaged, broken, or excessively soiled rental items. Additional replacement or cleaning fees may apply.

Pickup and return dates/times are requests and must be confirmed by Dream Chapter Events.
